ADU Project

This was an ADU project for a client who wanted to make a granny flat above her garage, where she would potentially reside while renting out the main house. Creating a functioning, beautiful space for the owner was important, while also integrating the design into the existing structure. We ended up giving the client a traditional, yet modern addition that included an open plan living space with a galley kitchen, and private entrance off the side of the house so she would have privacy from her tenants.
