Our client purchased a rental property in Florida. There was extensive damage to the property from the hurricane. We worked remotely to get several bids on the roof replacement. Initially, it was estimated we would only need to replace a portion of the roof, but the facia and overhangs as well as the gutter all needed replacement once the shingles were taken off. In addition, we found damage to the stucco the owner was not aware of on the rear of the house. We had to find a team to address stucco damage and paint, in addition to executing the roofing. Our team completed the renovation in less than a week, with fair pricing for the homeowner. The new roof and repairs added substantial value to the owner's home.
